First Transnational Project Meeting in Poland
The history of our project begins back in 2015, when the first Transnational Project Meeting took place in Kielce, Poland on 13-15 of September 2015.
Activities
First Study visit in Denmark
To support and disseminate best practices and including them in creation of the results of the Intellectual output, three Study visits took place. The first one in Aarhus, Denmark on 4-8 November 2015.
Second Study visit in Poland
To support and disseminate best practices and including them in creation of the results of the Intellectual output, three Study visits took place. The second one in Kielce and Warszawa, Poland on 6-10 December 2015.
Last Study visit in Portugal
To support and disseminate best practices and including them in creation of the results of the Intellectual output, three Study visits took place. The last one in Aveiro, Portugal on 21-25 February 2016.
Second Transnational Project Meeting in Portugal
A second Transnational Project Meeting took place in Aveiro, Portugal on 20-22 June 2016, to plan the implementation of the "Catch it! Non-formal academy of activities".
Blended mobility in Denmark
On 04-09.09.2016. Implementation of the method of non-formal academy of activities in the frames of the project took place as blended mobility. Physical mobility - internships abroad in the partner countries and virtual mobility - contacts, with the use of ICT.

Training course in Poland
A short term joint staff training event was organized regarding the future implementation of the method in each country. The training course took place on 2-6 November 2016 in Kielce, Poland.
Last Transnational Project Meeting in Denmark
The last Transnational Project Meeting took place in Aarhus, Denmark on 03-05 April 2017, to plan the "Catch it! Non-formal academy of activities" multiplier events in Denmark, Poland and Portugal.
